At Urban Suites, we strive to provide an unforgettable experience for all our guests. As part of our commitment to your comfort, we offer a special butler service. We would like to inform you that some of these services may incur additional charges.

Once your apartment is booked, you can view and manage your booking online.

Upon receiving this message, our friendly butler will contact you to assist you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Check-in

Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and no later than 7:00 PM

An early check-in before 3:00 PM is available for an additional fee of €35, depending on availability. – For check-in after 7:00 PM, an extra charge of €35 will be applied, and after 11:00 PM, €50. – In case of emergencies, such as forgetting your key, an additional amount of €35 will be charged for our emergency service.

SMOKING

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS OF THE HOTEL.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, as well as in the apartments. For guests smoking in the rooms, we will levy additional charges.

CANCELLATION

AT ALL TIMES AND FOR CLARITY, CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING BY US.

We completely understand that your plans may change for any reason. If you haven’t opted for our non-refundable rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before 3:00 PM, on the day of arrival. After this time, or if you fail to use your reservation, we will impose charges. At all times and for clarity, cancellations must be confirmed in writing by us.

Parking

Affordable Parking Options in Eindhoven City Center

In the center of Eindhoven, you can park in various parking garages. Parking here is cheaper than parking on the street. The hourly rates in the parking garages are almost identical (€2.50-2.80 per hour). For long-term parking, it is worth checking the rates (maximum daily rate €14.00-22.00).
